Where are your stores located?

For the moment, we do not have a storefront. That said, we participate in various pop-up shops and certain trade shows. The best way to stay informed about everything is to subscribe to our newsletter.

The product I want is sold out, I’m panicking, how can I get one too?

Don’t worry, we will do everything to find a solution! If we are waiting to receive jewelry, you can make a pre-order to be sure of receiving the desired product. If the product is a limited edition or end of collection, email us at info@memorables.com to see what we can do.

When will my order be delivered?

Whether Monday to Sunday, during a public holiday; it will be the next business day.

Return of gift

You received a gift and it’s not exactly what you wanted. Email us at info@memorables.com with the subject line “gift return” to remedy this situation.

Once the exchange is approved and the item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you a promotional code that will be unique to you in order to make the purchase that suits you best.

The promotional code is of the value paid. Discounts applied to the original order cannot be applied again upon exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and that any exchange is a final sale.

Modifying and canceling an order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us by email at info@memorables.com with the subject line “modification – cancellation” within 24 hours of your order. We will do our best to help you. If the order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel your order, shipping costs will not be refunded and additional charges may apply. The refund processing time is 10 days following receipt of your package at our address.

All products for sale are final sale. No order cancellation is possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REFUND & EXCHANGE

In order for us to process your refund, we ask that you meet the following conditions:

a- All refunds must be requested within 15 days of receipt of your product;

b- Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by their label. All returned items will be inspected. If we consider that one of the criteria mentioned here is not respected, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

c- The transaction receipt must be provided with any returned item;

d- Items on sale, final sales, exchanges, damaged items sold at a discount and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded;

e- Credit notes and gift cards are not replaceable in the event of loss or theft.

Note that we cannot process refunds without your order number. You will find your order number in your order history or in the confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.

Reimbursement deadlines

The refund process may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You will be credited to your original payment method or, if you wish, to a gift card. Items defective or damaged due to poor shipping conditions will be fully refunded, including shipping costs. Unless we judge that the breakage was caused voluntarily on your part.

For any other returns or exchanges, the original shipping costs will not be refunded and additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Trades

You can request an exchange only if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. An exchange will be authorized when the request is made within 15 days of receipt of your order. Be sure to include the invoice for your order.

Procedure for all exchanges:

After your exchange is approved, a promotional code will be emailed to you for the amount of your exchange, excluding delivery charges. You have to
place a new order with your promotional code in order to make the exchange. The promotional code has no expiration date. The promotional code is of the value paid. That is to say, discounts applied to the initial order cannot be applied again during an exchange.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All exchanges are final sales.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

All of our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to our customers. In the event that you receive an item in poor condition, please contact us immediately by emailing us at info@memorables.com with the subject line “damaged item”.

If you purchased a set, be sure to return all of the items originally included, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund. We replace items after they have been inspected by us. Costs incurred for returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item will be refunded to you once the item has been inspected.

Any item returned for a reason previously cited without authorization will be refused and returned to you, shipping costs at your expense.

In order for our items to be protected and to avoid any further damage, they must be returned in their original packaging.

We recommend returning your items to us via Canada Post, UPS or FEDEX to ensure they are protected while in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier used.

Order modification time

No order changes can be made after checkout. Please validate your basket and your purchase before paying.

Products temporarily unavailable

We do not automatically track products that are temporarily unavailable. It is your responsibility to reorder them when they become available again.

Price

All prices of our products are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges are not included in the price.

Payment

All orders are payable in advance. We do not deliver any product or provide access to any event without first obtaining the
full payment of the order.

Your use of the hashtag #memorablestyle or the identification of Mémorables on a publication through a social network will constitute your acceptance of the following conditions:

DELIVERY

A period of two (2) working days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock, to which must be added the carrier’s delivery times.

A $3 delivery fee will be charged for all purchases.

You can also opt for courier service delivery at a cost of $12 CAD. Mail service which is only offered in the province of Quebec.

Note that due to the COVID-19 situation, Canada Post has accumulated delays in distribution and we are doing everything in our power to ensure that you can receive your order within a reasonable time.
